Mix the flour with 1 tsp oil, water and salt and make a dough.

Make balls using this dough.

Mash the potatoes and mix with all ingredients.

Take a small ball of the dough and dust some flour on the rolling board.

Roll it into a round shape.

Take another ball off the dough and make a bigger round shape than the previous one.

Put the filling on the bigger one and spread it evenly.

Close with the other one.

Seal by folding the end of bigger one to smaller one.

Dust in some flour and roll on a bit into a round shape.

Heat a tawa.

Step 12

Place the paratha on the hot tawa and When one side is half cooked, flip the side.

Add little oil and spread on the paratha.

Step 14

When the other side is fully cooked, turn again and add oil onto the other side too. Press the end with a spatula.
