Aloo Paratha
Aloo paratha is a whole wheat flatbread which is stuffed with spicy mashed potatoes. This is One of the most popular recipe from Punjab, India. This delicious Punjabi paratha is one of the most loved breakfast at many places. The best part of making is that you can serve them for breakfast as well pack them in the lunch box for kids. Even after some hours, it tastes delicious. This is a classic Spiced Indian Potato paratha made from boiled potatoes flavored with onions, green chillies, coriander. Traditionally these are cooked in ghee and had with a dollop of butter. The addition of Ghee makes these crispy and delicious.

Instructions
  1. Mix the flour with 1 tsp oil, water and salt and make a dough.
  2. Make balls using this dough.
  3. Mash the potatoes and mix with all ingredients.
  4. Take a small ball of the dough and dust some flour on the rolling board.
  5. Roll it into a round shape.
  6. Take another ball off the dough and make a bigger round shape than the previous one.
  7. Put the filling on the bigger one and spread it evenly.
  8. Close with the other one.
  9. Seal by folding the end of bigger one to smaller one.
  10. Dust in some flour and roll on a bit into a round shape.
  11. Heat a tawa.
  12. Place the paratha on the hot tawa and When one side is half cooked, flip the side.
  13. Add little oil and spread on the paratha.
  14. When the other side is fully cooked, turn again and add oil onto the other side too. Press the end with a spatula.
