Aloo Roast recipe is simplicity at its best. it goes well with any variety rice.

  • chop the aloo in cubes
  • chop the small onion, tomato and curry leaves
  • heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and curry leaves
  • add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  • add tomato and mix well
  • add chopped aloo and mix it
  • add salt, mutton masala, turmeric powder and clove and cinnamon powder and mix well
  • allow to cook until the aloo get cooked in medium flame
  • once it become as roast, turn off the flame, now aloo roast is ready
