  • small onion 1/2 cup -
  • Tomato : 1 no (small) -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
  • mutton masala 2 tsp -
  • clove cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp -
  • Oil : 4 tsp -
  • Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
  • broken urad dal 1/4 tsp -
  • Curry leaves 1 bunch -

Instructions
  1. chop the aloo in cubes
  2. chop the small onion, tomato and curry leaves
  3. heat the oil in the kadai and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and curry leaves
  4. add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  5. add tomato and mix well
  6. add chopped aloo and mix it
  7. add salt, mutton masala, turmeric powder and clove and cinnamon powder and mix well
  8. allow to cook until the aloo get cooked in medium flame
  9. once it become as roast, turn off the flame, now aloo roast is ready
