Step 1

Marinate fish with fish masala and salt for 20 - 30 mins.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Add onions and saute, till they turn light brown.

Step 4

Place the fish over the onions.

Step 5

Cover the pan and cook for 6 - 9 mins.

Step 6

Turn the fish to cook the other side.

Step 7

:- Do not disturb the onions too much. At the same time, make sure that the onions are not getting burnt.

Step 8

Place the tomato over the fish.

Step 9

Add curry leaves.

Step 10

Cover and cook it for 10 - 15 mins.

Step 11

Garnish with lime and coriander leaves.


it is nice. especially for kids.


Aiyyo.. which part of the recipe is European?? This is very much like the nadan fish roast... nothing European about it...
