An European Style Fish Curry European Style Fish curry - not too spicy 500 gm Fish (preferably Karimeen. Any fish is possible but Karimeen is the best for this recipe)100 gm Tomato (sliced in round pieces)2 nos Onions (sliced in round pieces, medium)2 tbsp Fish masala (preferably Melam)Curry leaves (A few)Coriander leaves (cut into very small pieces)1 no Lime (sliced into round pieces)Oil(preferably Sunflower oil)Salt (As reqd) Marinate fish with fish masala and salt for 20 - 30 mins.Heat oil in a pan.Add onions and saute, till they turn light brown.Place the fish over the onions.Cover the pan and cook for 6 - 9 mins.Turn the fish to cook the other side.:- Do not disturb the onions too much. At the same time, make sure that the onions are not getting burnt.Place the tomato over the fish.Add curry leaves.Cover and cook it for 10 - 15 mins.Garnish with lime and coriander leaves. Continental
