Step 1

Seive maida with baking powder.

Step 2

Beat white butter with sugar, till light and creamy.

Step 3

Add a egg and beat it.

Step 4

Add another egg and beat well again.

Step 5

Add vanilla essence followed by the third egg and beat it well too.

Step 6

Divide the seived maida into 3 portions.

Step 7

Add the first portion into the egg mixture and mix well.

Step 8

:- You can mix in the shape of 8.

Step 9

Add the second portion and mix again.

Step 10

Add the third portion and beat it at a high speed for 10 seconds.

Step 11

Tranfer it to a greased baking tin.

Step 12

Keep the sliced apple on top and sprinkle a little cinnamon powder, chopped walnuts and raisins.

Step 13

Bake it at 150 degree for 30 - 40 mins or until done.

This cake is really good.So easy to prepare with very few ingredients. I got many appreciations also. This is the first time, i am able to prepare a good cake.Thanks.
