Instructions
  1. Seive maida with baking powder.
  2. Beat white butter with sugar, till light and creamy.
  3. Add a egg and beat it.
  4. Add another egg and beat well again.
  5. Add vanilla essence followed by the third egg and beat it well too.
  6. Divide the seived maida into 3 portions.
  7. Add the first portion into the egg mixture and mix well.
  8. :- You can mix in the shape of 8.
  9. Add the second portion and mix again.
  10. Add the third portion and beat it at a high speed for 10 seconds.
  11. Tranfer it to a greased baking tin.
  12. Keep the sliced apple on top and sprinkle a little cinnamon powder, chopped walnuts and raisins.
  13. Bake it at 150 degree for 30 - 40 mins or until done.
