Step 1

For preparing apple crumble, cook the apple cubes in lemon juice, 50 grams sugar and 100 ml of water for 15 minutes covered on low flame. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Mix maida, baking powder, butter, 1 tbsp of cold water and remaining sugar. Mix to get a grainy mixture.

Step 3

Preheat the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.

Step 4

Pour the apple juice mixture into an oven dish.

Step 5

Arrange raspberries on top of it, then spread the grainy mixture over it.

Step 6

Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Step 7

Apple crumble is ready. Serve with fresh cream.
