Step 1

Wash rice and rice flakes and soak in water along with fenugreek seeds and curd for about 5 hrs.

Step 2

Grind all the ingredients finely and make it into a batter as that of dosa or slightly thicker.

Step 3

Allow it to ferment for about 7 - 8 hrs.

Step 4

Heat griddle and grease it with oil.

Step 5

Pour the batter and spread it slightly to make thick appams.

Step 6

Cover it and cook till done.

Step 7

:- Do not flip the sides.

Step 8

:- Serve hot with onion chutney.


curd also need to soak along with rice and aval??


adiploi recipe..easy to make....and very delicious....y dont u post the recipe for preparing onion chutney also....
