Quick tasty aval with jaggery

Step 1

Grind aval coarsely in the mixer.

Step 2

Fry it in ghee for 3 - 4 mins until it becomes soft.

Step 3

Take another pan and melt jaggery till it becomes liquid.

Step 4

Add fried aval, milk and grated coconut to this liquid and mix well.

Step 5

Allow it to cool for sometime.
