Mixed vegetables in cheesy white sauce

Step 1

In a pan, heat olive oil.

Step 2

Put chopped garlic and sautT till garlic is slightly golden in color.

Step 3

Put all the vegetables, black pepper, salt, paprika and let it cook.

Step 4

In a pan, heat butter.

Step 5

Put flour and roast for 1 minute.

Step 6

Warm milk and add it to the flour while stirring continuously so that lumps are not formed.

Step 7

:- More milk can be added to adjust thickness of the sauce according to your test.

Step 8

Once it is ready, remove the pan from heat.

Step 9

Add salt, half the cheese and mix well.

Step 10

Mix vegetable mixture in the white sauce.

Step 11

Put the mixture in a baking dish.

Step 12

Top it with balance cheese and cheeslings.

Step 13

Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes or till the top is golden brown.

Step 14

:- Serve hot with garlic bread or pasta.
