Mixed vegetables in cheesy white sauce

Capsicum

Black pepper
Paprika

Olive
oil

Salted butter

tbsp
Maida flour
1 1/2

Milk

Cheese

Cheeslings
biscuits
Instructions
In a pan, heat olive
oil
.
Put chopped
garlic
and sautT till
garlic
is slightly golden in color.
Put all the vegetables, black pepper,
salt
, paprika and let it cook.
In a pan, heat butter.
Put flour and roast for 1 minute.
Warm
milk
and add it to the flour while stirring continuously so that lumps are not formed.
:- More
milk
can be added to adjust thickness of the sauce according to your test.
Once it is ready, remove the pan from heat.
Add
salt
, half the cheese and mix well.
Mix vegetable mixture in the white sauce.
Put the mixture in a baking dish.
Top it with balance cheese and cheeslings.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes or till the top is golden brown.
:- Serve hot with
garlic
bread or pasta.
