Step 1

Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 3

Sift the dry ingredients together.

Step 4

Whisk the wet ingredients in a large bowl to blend.

Step 5

Stir in the banana and raisins.

Step 6

Add the dry ingredients and stir, until blended.

Step 7

:- It is very importent not to over mix the batter.

Step 8

Divide the batter among the prepared muffin cups.

Step 9

Bake the muffins on the middle rack, until the tops are golden brown.

Step 10

Insert a toothpick into the center and if it comes out clean, then the muffins are done(approx 25 mins.).

Hey Mr./Ms.Whatever, use your brains. You can simply substitute the oil with PAM spray and the eggs with egg substitute (egg beaters). It would be nice to appreciate rather than criticise. WAY TO GO recipe.


How this can be fat free(oil, eggs) beats me!!


i made this muffins this weekend as an evening snack with coffiee....believe it or not, it came out so parents and boyfriend appreciated me , though i am an ameture in cooking...simple ingrediets , low fat and better than any store bought muffins....try this out guys.............

nadiya good ...tasty muffins with in minuts...and lowfat was just delicious...i just served it with tea this weekend and all my friends and family members just loved it ....and offcourse....i got appreciation too...simple recipe,taste yummy...better than any store brought one...thanx. nadiya1
