Step 1

In milk, add yeast, sugar and stir it well & keep it aside for half an hour.

Step 2

In flour, add butter and mix it well with hand.

Step 3

To the same flour, add yogurt, sugar, sodium bi carbonate, egg & salt.

Step 4

Mix all together well with hand.

Step 5

To it, add the milk-yeast-sugar mixture & mix it well and knead it to a dough.

Step 6

Keep it aside for atleast 4 hours.

Step 7

Make battoras like the way you make pooris.

Step 8

:- It is a very delicious and you serve it with Egg roast/Chicken curry.....


mmm......this recipe is absolutely husband and my in-laws just loved it
