Instructions
  1. In milk, add yeast, sugar and stir it well & keep it aside for half an hour.
  2. In flour, add butter and mix it well with hand.
  3. To the same flour, add yogurt, sugar, sodium bi carbonate, egg & salt.
  4. Mix all together well with hand.
  5. To it, add the milk-yeast-sugar mixture & mix it well and knead it to a dough.
  6. Keep it aside for atleast 4 hours.
  7. Make battoras like the way you make pooris.
  8. :- It is a very delicious and you serve it with Egg roast/Chicken curry.....
