Step 1

Mix all the ingredients one by one and knead into dough.

Step 2

Keep it aside for 1 - 2 hrs.

Step 3

Make big balls off the above dough.

Step 4

Roll them out into slightly big & thick rounds.

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 6

Fry well in oil.

Step 7

:- Serve hot with chana masala.

Hi...I tried out this recipe...Its simply great....The Baturas were very crispy and fluffy....I tried substituing wheat for maida as in 3/4 wheat and 1/4 maida..It works really fine...Keeping the dough overnight also yielded grt results...One more can even bake it applying a bit of oil and it will taste like Naan!Keep cooking....Waiting for more yummy recipes.......
