Crispy baturas to go with chana masala

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 3/4 cup Semolina Sooji/Rava
  • 3 tbsp Curd
  • 3 tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Soda powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients one by one and knead into dough.
  • Keep it aside for 1 - 2 hrs.
  • Make big balls off the above dough.
  • Roll them out into slightly big & thick rounds.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry well in oil.
  • :- Serve hot with chana masala.
