Step 1

Cut the beans into small pieces of about 1 inch size.

Step 2

Wash the beans and put them a bowl along with salt, turmeric powder and cook in low flame.

Step 3

Cook them till they become
soft. Once it becomes soft, remove from the flame.

Step 4

Drain the vegetable and keep it aside.

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan and fry the red chillies, black gram and asafoetida for a few seconds.

Step 6

Add cooked beans and fry for 2 minutes.

Step 7

Add curry leaves. Saute till beans is fried.

my husband and i cooked together and my husband made this recipe. It came out very tasty. He did not add the Garam that they are asking for but still it was very good. My mother in law loved it too!


Very Awful....please try your luck at something else in life... Definetly...not cooking!!


i tried this was good.but instead of blackgram better u add bengalgram. the discription was not so clear.anyway thanx for this easy recipe
