Step 1

For preparing beef fry, clean and dry the beef and draw some lines on it with a knife.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients: pepper powder, garlic paste, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley and honey. Marinate the beef in this mixture and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3

Pour the beef stock to the beef and cook it in pressure cooker. Remove the beef from the stock after cooking.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the beef in it.

Step 5

Slice the beef in desired shapes and serve the beef fry hot with beef stock sauce. Beef fry is ready.
