Instructions
  1. For preparing beef fry, clean and dry the beef and draw some lines on it with a knife.
  2. Mix the ingredients: pepper powder, garlic paste, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley and honey. Marinate the beef in this mixture and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Pour the beef stock to the beef and cook it in pressure cooker. Remove the beef from the stock after cooking.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the beef in it.
  5. Slice the beef in desired shapes and serve the beef fry hot with beef stock sauce. Beef fry is ready.
