Step 1

For preparing beef swiss rolls, cook the minced beef in salt water and drain it.

Step 2

Beat eggs till it becomes frothy.

Step 3

Add in sugar, salt, pepper powder and milk. Beat it again till all the ingredients combine.

Step 4

Toss in the shredded lettuce.

Step 5

Heat oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture evenly.

Step 6

Spread the cooked mince.

Step 7

As the egg begins to set, roll it up and remove it from the flame.

Step 8

Beef swiss rolls are ready. Cut it and serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
