  • Okra : 2 cups ( slit into lengthwise)
    Gram flour : ½ cup
    Dry mango powder : 1 tsp
    Red chilli powder : 2 tsp
    Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
    Chopped onions : 2 nos
    Salt : as reqd
    Oil : as reqd


Step 1

Take oil in a pan and shallow fry besan coated bhindi

Step 2

Drain all the extra oil.

Step 3

In another pan, add little amount of oil and add chopped onions.

Step 4

Cook onions till pink in color.

Step 5

Add fried bhindi, salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 6

Add dry mango powder to give it a tangy taste. Serve hot.
