Step 1

Grate bittergourd.

Step 2

Add 1 tbsp of salt and keep it for 45 minutes. When it becomes watery, squeeze by hand and remove all water.

Step 3

Grind grated coconut and green chillies along with water.

Step 4

Mix yoghurt and buttermilk nicely.

Step 5

Add salt and set it aside.

Step 6

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 7

Add the ingredients for seasoning one by one.

Step 8

Add squeezed bittergourd and fry in a low flame for 5-10 minutes.

Step 9

Allow it to cool.

Step 10

Add it to the prepared buttermilk.
