Instructions
  1. Grate bittergourd.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of salt and keep it for 45 minutes. When it becomes watery, squeeze by hand and remove all water.
  3. Grind grated coconut and green chillies along with water.
  4. Mix yoghurt and buttermilk nicely.
  5. Add salt and set it aside.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Add the ingredients for seasoning one by one.
  8. Add squeezed bittergourd and fry in a low flame for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Allow it to cool.
  10. Add it to the prepared buttermilk.
