Step 1

For preparing bread masala, cut the corners of the bread and slice into small square pieces.

Step 2

Fry the bread slices in ghee. Keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat remaining ghee and splutter mustard seeds. Add onions and fry it till it becomes brown in color.

Step 4

Then add tomato into it and fry it again.

Step 5

When oil separates, add chilly powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder.

Step 6

Then add pepper powder and salt to it and stir it well.

Step 7

Add the fried bread pieces to it and stir well. Remove from flame.

Step 8

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 9

Bread masala, a favorite kid's recipe, is ready. Serve hot.
