Step 1

Cut the sides of the bread and soak it in milk for 15 mins.

Step 2

Beat the eggs along with sugar in a blender.

Step 3

To this, add vanilla essence and the milk-and-bread combine.

Step 4

Blend well.

Step 5

Caramelize sugar adding a little water in a heated pan.

Step 6

In a small container, pour the caramel and add the blended mixture, nuts and raisins.

Step 7

Place this container in a pressure cooker and bake for 30 mins (without putting the valve weight on).

Step 8

After cooling the container, refrigerate and serve.


Tried it. Came out very well, though I had to adjust some ingredients according to our taste. And being a novice I used the cooker wihtout water !!! So all you beginners( who knows nothing abt cooking like me), pour water first and then use the cooker without the weight.
