Step 1

For preparing bread rasagullas, soak bread slices in water for 1-2 minutes.

2)Then flatten out between your palms to drains off the excess water. Put burfi mixture in the centre and deep fry in ghee till golden brown.

Step 2

Drain off the excess ghee and serve.
