Step 1

Clean and cut the brinjals into thin round shapes.

Step 2

Make a paste with chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida and water.

Step 3

Marinate the brinjals in the above paste for 1/2 an hour.

Step 4

Deep fry the brinjals in oil.

Step 5

Cook on both sides, till light brown.

Step 6

:- Instead of brinjals, potatoes could be used.


This recipe i have tried many times.. People who like brinjal will love them!
