Step 1

Mix together maida, curd, sugar, pepper powder and salt.

Step 2

Knead it to make a dough. Keep it aside for 3 hours.

Step 3

Make small balls off the dough.

Step 4

Roll them out in the shape of small pooris.

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai on a low flame.

Step 6

Fry the poories, till they turn golden brown.
