Step 1

Choose your favourite flavours and soak up chicken in that, refrigerate for 3 hours for better extraction of flavour.

Step 2

Heat oil and butter on a medium

Step 3

Fry onion until golden colour.

Step 4

Add ginger and garlic paste and fry till oil separates.

Step 5

Add chicken mixture and fry for 10 - 13 minutes.

Step 6

Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and white pepper powder, tomato, cashew and almond paste.

Step 7

Mix well and cook for 7 - 10 minutes.

Step 8

Add coconut milk, mix well, and bring it to boil.

Step 9

Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 mins.

Step 10

Pour over the cream and stir in well.

Step 11

:- If you want, you can add orange colour here.

Step 12

:- This is the stage u can find the thickened gravy.

Step 13

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 14

:- Serve hot with rice, roti, Chapathi, or as u like ...
