Step 1

Put butter in a saucepan.

Step 2

Once melted on low flame, add tandoori masala, jeera powder, garlic, chilli powder and salt and fry until the raw smell is gone.

Step 3

:- But be careful not to burn the mix.

Step 4

Add the cardamom powder and fry for a few seconds.

Step 5

Add chicken, tomato puree, tomato ketchup and mix well.

Step 6

Add a cup of water and let the chicken cook.

Step 7

Once cooked, add the cinnamon and clove powder.

Step 8

Take off the flame and add the cream.

Step 9

:- If the gravy has not thickened enough, keep back on burner for some more time.

Step 10

:- Can serve with naan, chappathi and even flavoured rice.


Orginal tasty recipe. Kids loved it.


Was very easy to prepare and since I used lesser spice was a great hit with the kids and trouble free to make :)!
