Step 1

Remove the head and tail of the dried prawns and clean it with water.

Step 2

Place a frying pan, and fry the dried prawns till it becomes crispy.

Step 3

Shred the cabbage (the way you do it for making cabbage thoran)

Step 4

Heat oil in a vessel on the stove.

Step 5

Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.

Step 6

Add the onions and green chillies and sautT properly.

Step 7

Add the turmeric powder and chilly powder. Saute till the raw smell disappears.

Step 8

Add the curry leaves and mix the shredded cabbage into it with required salt.

Step 9

Place a lid and allow it to cook.
:- Keep mixing regularly so that it doesn¦t stick to the vessel.

Step 10

Once the cabbage is cooked, mix the dried prawns into it.

Step 11

Sprinkle a bit garam masala to add flavour and garnish it with coriander leaves.
