Step 1

1)Heat little oil in a pressure cooker.

2)Splutter mustard seeds.

3)Fry onion and capsicum for 3 - 4 mins.

4)Add chopped tomato and mix well.

5)Pressure cook the same on a medium flame upto 1 whistle.

:- Do not add water.

6)Remove from flame.

7)When cool, open the cooker.

8)Add coriander powder, chilly powder and groundnut paste into the mixture & heat it for some more time.

:- Serve hot with chappathis.

:- Taste of any vegetable lies when it is cooked on a low flame without adding water.
:- You can add coconut instead of groundnut paste.


i added more of groundnut paste...i was okkkkk


It is a very easy & tasty receipe for bachelors.I tried peanut sauce instead of groundnut paste. It came really nice.
