Instructions
  1. Heat little oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Fry onion and capsicum for 3 - 4 mins.
  4. Add chopped tomato and mix well.
  5. Pressure cook the same on a medium flame up to 1 whistle.
  6. :- Do not add water.Remove from flame.
  7. When cool, open the cooker.Add coriander powder, chilly powder and groundnut paste into the mixture & heat it for some more time.:- Serve hot with chappathis.:- Taste of any vegetable lies when it is cooked on a low flame without adding water. :- You can add coconut instead of groundnut paste.
