Step 1

For preparing caramel coffee pudding, first heat 1 cup sugar, 2 tsp coffee and 2 tsp water and bring it to boil till it becomes dark brown in color.

Step 2

When done, pour this in pudding mold or cups and spread it.

Step 3

Whisk thoroughly milk, egg, coffee, sugar, cream and vanilla essence.

Step 4

In a pan, add water and allow it to boil. Place the mould in it and cover or pressure cook in a steamer for 40 minutes.

Step 5

When done, lightly prick with knife and check the consistency.

Step 6

When cooled, refrigerate it for 1 hour and in freezer for 1/2 hour.

Step 7

Turn upside down and serve the delicious caramel coffee pudding.
