Step 1

Soak the chana dal over night or for 4 - 5 hours.

Step 2

Grind them coarsely with onions.

Step 3

:- Do not add water while grinding.

Step 4

Mix it well with all the other ingredients.

Step 5

Make lemon size balls off it.

Step 6

Flatten them with your palms.

Step 7

Deep fry them till light brown in colour.

Step 8

:- Serve hot with tomato sauce.


Its fantastic, do send some more recipes. Good to have during rainy season
