Step 1

For preparing cheese cake, preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.

Step 2

Grease the tin with butter and line it with grease proof paper.

Step 3

Pour the cream cheese into the processor and blend it for 20 seconds.

Step 4

Add in the sugar and egg yolks. Blend it again.

Step 5

Then add in the corn flour, inside of the vanilla pod, orange peel, fresh cream and orange juice. Blend again to get a smooth paste.

Step 6

Beat the egg whites till stiff. Fold it with the cream cheese mixture gently.

Step 7

Pour the mixture into the tin and bake it for 1 hour.

Step 8

Leave it to cool for a while before turning it out.

Step 9

Cheese cake is ready. Serve with fruit slices.
