350 g Cream cheese (well drained)125 g Sugar3 nos Eggs (separated)60 g Corn flour1 no Vanilla pod200 g Double cream1 tsp Orange juice1/2 an Orange peel (grated) For preparing cheese cake, preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.Grease the tin with butter and line it with grease proof paper.Pour the cream cheese into the processor and blend it for 20 seconds.Add in the sugar and egg yolks. Blend it again.Then add in the corn flour, inside of the vanilla pod, orange peel, fresh cream and orange juice. Blend again to get a smooth paste.Beat the egg whites till stiff. Fold it with the cream cheese mixture gently.Pour the mixture into the tin and bake it for 1 hour.Leave it to cool for a while before turning it out.Cheese cake is ready. Serve with fruit slices.
