Step 1

For preparing cheese crakers, take a bowl and sift maida well. Add in the butter and rub it in with your finger tips.

Step 2

Then add grated cheese, caraway seeds and salt. Make a dough by using enough milk.

Step 3

Roll out the dough to about 1/4" thickness and cut into any shape using a fancy cutter.

4)Place on a greased baking tin and prick all over with a fork.

Step 4

Bake in a hot oven at 450ªF for 7 to 8 minutes till light golden brown.

Step 5

Once cool, you can store it in a airtight container.

Step 6

Cheese crakers are ready. It is a very tasty and light snack.
