Instructions
  1. For preparing cheese crakers, take a bowl and sift maida well. Add in the butter and rub it in with your finger tips.
  2. Then add grated cheese, caraway seeds and salt. Make a dough by using enough milk.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/4" thickness and cut into any shape using a fancy cutter. 4)Place on a greased baking tin and prick all over with a fork.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 450ªF for 7 to 8 minutes till light golden brown.
  5. Once cool, you can store it in a airtight container.
  6. Cheese crakers are ready. It is a very tasty and light snack.
