Step 1

For preparing cheese egg macaroni, take a vessel and add 2 cups of water and 1 tsp oil. Allow it to boil.

Step 2

Then add in the macaroni and mix it. Cook it uncovered in low flame till it is done.

Step 3

Drain and wash the macaroni well with cold water to avoid it from sticking to each other. Keep it aside.

Step 4

Take a pan and scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt. Keep it aside.

Step 5

Take another vessel and heat butter. SautT spring onions and mushrooms.

Step 6

In the same vessel add in the maida and mix it well.

Step 7

Slowly pour in the milk stirring continuously.

Step 8

Add pepper, dry red chilly and salt. Stir till it becomes a thick sauce.

Step 9

Then add in the cooked macaroni, cream, scrambled eggs and grated cheese.

Step 10

Garnish with parsley and coriander leaves.

Step 11

Cheese egg macaroni is ready. Serve hot.
