Step 1

For preparing chemmeen puli, fry onion in oil.

Step 2

Add the ingredients garlic paste, chilly powder, ginger paste and turmeric powder. Fry again.

Step 3

Add water to it and cook the onion.

Step 4

Add tamarind leaves and fry again.

Step 5

Add prawns and required salt. Cook well and remove from flame.

Step 6

Chemmeen puli is ready. Serve hot.
