Step 1

For preparing chendamuriyan, slice the banana in medium thick circles.

Step 2

Boil it in 1 1/2 cup of water.

Step 3

When the banana gets cooked well, add jaggery and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add the coconut milk and boil again. When boiled, add the cardamom powder and remove it from flame.

Step 5

Chendamuriyan is ready. Serve hot.

Step 6
