  • For preparing chendamuriyan, slice the banana in medium thick circles.
  • Boil it in 1 1/2 cup of water.
  • When the banana gets cooked well, add jaggery and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the coconut milk and boil again. When boiled, add the cardamom powder and remove it from flame.
  • Chendamuriyan is ready. Serve hot.
  • Specialities: 1)Nadan recipe.
