Step 1

Grind together all the ingredients under µGrind¦ to a paste.

Step 2

Marinate the chicken with this paste for a couple of hours.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions.

Step 4

When the onions are soft add the ginger-garlic paste and then the tomatoes.

Step 5

Fry until the tomatoes are soft and the oil comes out.

Step 6

Add the chicken with very little water and cook until done and the water is evaporated.

Step 7

In another pan heat some oil and fry the red chillies, curry leaves and the sliced onions.

Step 8

When almost done add the pepper powder to the onion and mix it well.

Step 9

Add the fried onion to the cooked chicken and give it a stir.

Step 10

:- Chettinadu Chicken Fry is ready!!!
:-Garnish the Chettinadu Chicken Fry with coriander leaves!!
:- Serve the Chettinadu Chicken Fry!!!
