Step 1

Cut chicken into small pieces, clean and keep aside to drain water.

Step 2

Grind ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander leaves together. Put it into a big vessel.

Step 3

Add ingredients: corn flour, egg white, lemon, turmeric powder, food color, aginomoto and required salt.

Step 4

Mix properly and add the chicken pieces. Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour to one hour.

Step 5

5)Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken and serve hot.

Step 6

This chicken dry fry goes very well with porotta, chappathi or rice. Enjoy the chicken dry fry.
