Instructions
  1. For preparing the delicious dish, first cut chicken into small pieces, clean and keep aside to drain water.
  2. Grind ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander leaves together. Put it into a big vessel.
  3. Add ingredients: corn flour, egg white, lemon, turmeric powder, food color, aginomoto and required salt.
  4. Mix properly and add the chicken pieces. Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour to one hour.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken and serve hot.
  6. This chicken dry fry goes very well with porotta, chappathi or rice. Enjoy the chicken dry fry.
