Step 1

Boil the sausage for 5 min and drain well.

Step 2

Cut the sausage diagonally it in to small pieces and keep aside.

Step 3

In a non stick pan, heat the oil
Add cinnamon and cloves and fry till you get the aroma.

Step 4

Add finely chopped onions and saute till it becomes light brown in colour.

Step 5

Add ginger garlic paste and Saute until the raw smell vanishes.

Step 6

Add turmeric, chilli and coriander powder and fry well.

Step 7

Then add finely chopped tomatoes and a little water and fry until all this gets cooked well and becomes a thick paste.

Step 8

To this add salt and the sausage and mix well.

Step 9

Add thick coconut milk, simmer and cook for say 2 minutes and turn off the flame.

Step 10

:- Empty this to a serving dish and garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
