10 nos Chicken Sausage4 tbsp Sunflower oil1 inch Cinnamon3 nos Cloves2 nos Onions (finely chopped, medium size)3 nos Green chillies1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Red chilli powder2 tsp Coriander powderGinger (garlic paste - 1 tbsp)2 nos Tomatoes (finely chopped, medium size)Salt (to taste)1 cup Coconut milk (thick)Coriander leaves (to garnish) Boil the sausage for 5 min and drain well.Cut the sausage diagonally it in to small pieces and keep aside.In a non stick pan, heat the oil Add cinnamon and cloves and fry till you get the aroma.Add finely chopped onions and saute till it becomes light brown in colour.Add ginger garlic paste and Saute until the raw smell vanishes.Add turmeric, chilli and coriander powder and fry well.Then add finely chopped tomatoes and a little water and fry until all this gets cooked well and becomes a thick paste.To this add salt and the sausage and mix well.Add thick coconut milk, simmer and cook for say 2 minutes and turn off the flame.:- Empty this to a serving dish and garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
